High Temperature Membrane

High temperature resistant steam disinfectant micro- filtration membrane:

Inorganic micro-filtration membrane (MF) is an asymmetric membrane formed by a special process of i norganic materials.  The membrane of inorganic membrane is c₩losely packed with micropores. Under pressure, the raw material flows in the membrane tu be or outside the membrane. Small molecules pass through th₽e membrane, and macromolecules are trapped by membrane, so♥ as to achieve separation, concentration, purification and environm≥ental protection. The inorganic membrane has high separation e£fficiency, stable effect, good chemical stability, acid and alkali resi§stance, organic solvent resistance, bacteria, high temper ature resistance, anti pollution, high mechanical strength, good regeneration performance, simple↕ separation process, low energy consumption, easy operation and maintenance, ₹long service life and many other advantages, it has been su<ccessfully applied to many fields, such as food, beverage, Chinese medicine, plant deσep processing, biological medicine, fermentation, fine chemical industry and so on.< It can be used for separation, clarification, purification, concentration, desiccation, desal ting and so on in technique process.

Inorganic microfiltration membrane can withstand high temperatures above 100℃, it is es↔pecially suitable for high temperature gas filter, high temperature liquid clarification and± filtration, as well as the application fields requiring high temperature steam disinfection.
 
High temperature hot water disinfection type ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, reverse δosmosis membrane:

The constant operating temperature of an ordinary org∑anic membrane element must be less than 50°C, if the temperature film exceedsφ this temperature, it will soon lose its normal per∏formance. Hot water disinfectant membrane components cεan withstand periodic 90°C hot water cleaning and disinfection, it is used to replace the trad​itional chemical disinfection membrane system, and achieve continuous operation under conditions &×le;50°C. In some specific fields, for example, biol≥ogical insecticides cannot be used in pharmaceutical and Bioengineering, and high te←mperature hot water disinfection can be used.

In 1865, Pasteur found that hot water could kill bacteria or mic↕robes to a safe level. This sterilization method is called Pasteur heating sterilization, and its≥ basic principle is: Hot water passes heat to the microbe,≤ causing the protein chain degeneration and condensation in the microorganism, which causes the mi±croorganism to lose its activity. In Europe and America, with the continuous im✔provement of the production standard of pharmaceutical industry, espe♠cially with the stricter requirement of USP, the hot water disinfection water" treatment system is being used widely.

The above data are the minimum theoretical parameters forσ thermal sterilization of asexual reproduction. In order to increase the effectiveness of tπhermal disinfection, the temperature and time of thπermal disinfection should be higher than the theoretical ★parameters.

The hot water disinfectant membrane element is designed with advanced membrane stru₽cture, and it can maintain excellent performance even under extreme opeβrating conditions. At the same time, the membrane core can also reach the USDA standφard and 3A standard of dairy industry.
 
Application of high temperature resistant membrane:
 
When the reverse osmosis membrane contains bacteria and other active organisms, we must take ☆measures to kill them to prevent biofouling on the membrane surface and the resultinΩg loss of membrane performance. The traditional disinfection method is chemical metho‍d, but the chemical method has the disadvantages of low efficiency, high cost  and toxic residue, the hot water sterilizing reverse osmosis membrane (temperature© resistance to 90℃) is used in hot water disinfection, which can completely replace the traditγional chemical disinfection method.  High temperature resista♣nt membrane can also be used in evaporator condensate water treatment, medicine inject ion production and so on.
