The original treatment process of oil production in a certain statiΩon is: water goes to petrol station → oil tank → primary tank → lifting pump →SSF (suspended sludge bed) → secondary tank → external pump → metal membran e → reinjection (metal membrane is divided into two levels, the first l•evel aperture 10µm, the second level 0.5µm), the treatment process water can not mee≤t the A1 level standard, Heavy metal membrane pollution, frequent cl∑eaning, not long service life. Using 50nm ceramic membrane instead of metal membrane, t$he effluent water quality reached the A1 level standard.
