MBR Integrated System

 The rural MBR integrated treatment technolog‍y integrates anaerobic, MBR and control room, overcomes the shor±tcomings of the traditional treatment process, such as longφ process, large area, complex operation and management.

     Compared with the traditional process, underground integ≥rated equipment has the advantages of compact structure, beautiful appe arance, small area, low operation cost, stable and reliable, high deg​ree of automation, convenient operation and maintenance, high niλtrogen removal efficiency and good water quality, high efficiency, hαigh degree of automation. Equipment has a variety of standard specifications, but also& customizes non-standard products in accordance with the acεtual needs of customers. 
   

 At the same time, MBR is one of the most advanced technology of sewage, is an effici₽ent combination of membrane separation technology and biological treatment method, ←its main principle is to replace the activated sludge in→ the clarifier with two membrane separation technol↑ogy for water separation. The working principle is to remove organic pollutants by micro→bial degradation, but because the film's excellent retention properties of activated sludg™e (MLSS) can be completely retained in the reactor, thus greatly enhanced the deΩgradation of this organism. The dialysis effluent of the membrane is extracted by a low-pressu€re suction pump. This process not only effectively achieves the purpose of slurry separation, b↓ut also has the incomparable advantages of the tradition≤al process of three stage sewage treatment:
 

  •   Good water quality, high stability, the membrane filtrat↑ion effluent makes the bioreactor obtain much higher biological concentration t×han the ordinary activated sludge method, greatly enhances the biodegrad↓ation load and the efficiency. At the same time, longer sludge retenti✔on time, which makes difficult-to-degrade organic deco↔mposition bacteria and nitrifying bacteria and other slow -growing microorganisms, can be enriched in the reactor, especially for <the removal of refractory organic matter and ammonia nitrogen to achieve the  desired effect. On the other hand, the rejection of membrane separation to the organic macromolecu☆le with smaller pore size can ensure that the filtered effluent is stable iλn bacteria removal, removal of suspended solids and stable in reductionε of BOD.


  •   Small footprint, membrane bioreactor can maintain• a high concentration of sludge, usually MLSS 8~20g/l, it is 2.5 ~ 5 times oσf traditional biological treatment, while the system eliminates two si®nks and sludge reflux equipment, thus covering the area of the province.


  •   The cost of sludge water is low, the system sludge concentration is high,£ the mud age is long, which is not conducive to the §propagation of filamentous bacteria, and there is no sl<udge bulking problem. The sludge is in the state o↕f endogenous respiration, less sludge discharge and only 5£0% of the sludge production, which is very beneficial to the ✘subsequent sludge treatment.
