Working theory of continuous moving bed equipment

The continuous moving bed is composed of a disc with a♣ plurality of resin columns (16, 20, 30 columns) and ←a perforated dispensing valve. Through the rotation o≥f the disc and the valve port of the conversion, the separation column finish a p↔rocess cycle of adsorption, washing, desorption, and regener↕ation. And in the continuous separation system, all the‍ process of ion separation is carried out simultaneously. In co♥ntrast, the fixed bed ion separation system only operates all steps in a batch process for a peri≤od of time.
