The 3M™ Liqui-Cel™ membrane contactor is made of some micro-porous ₽hollow membranes, and these membranes are wrapped around the♥ central tube inside the membrane housing. During operation, the ¥liquid flows around the outside of the hollow membranes, while the inside of♠ the membranes is in a vacuum environment or contains purge gas. Using vacuum ☆mode or purging gas, the corresponding gas concentrati§on difference can be generated between the inside and ™outside of the hydrophobic membranes. This difference in gas concentration will drive the dis¶solved gas to be quickly and efficiently transferred to or removed fro≤m the liquid stream, which can meet the different needs of different customers for removig or βadding gas.

The Liqui-Cel™ EXF-4×13 series membrane contactor has a large suφrface area of membranes, achieving high gas transmission performance and efficiency, simple operati÷on, low instrumentation and maintenance requirements, and low operating costs.

Application: thermal deoxidation, chemical industry, steel, integrated circuits, optoelectronics, packagin∞g, power plants, food, beer and beverages, imaging and medicine.
