Tea is the dominant resource in China, and the rise of tea beve∞rage industry has promoted the industrialization step of tea deep p rocessing. The turbidity of tea beverage is one of the technical problems in the producti÷on of tea beverage. Most of the reasons which cause turbidity are αrelated to the complexation flocculation of tea polyphenole substances, caffeine, so∏luble protein, pectin and other substances in tea soup. The traditiona÷l separation and extraction methods mainly include mechanical filtration, high speed centrifugati★on and chemical treatment, but the clarification effect and the product qualit←y are poor. Integrated membrane separation technology which' regards inorganic ceramic membrane separation tec÷hnology as the basis solves these problems: when the macromolecular protein pectin is re≠moved by the ceramic ultrafiltration membrane in tea soup, tea polyphenols, caffeine<, amino acids, catechins and other effective ingredients have been max₩imally preserved, which guarantees the flavor and stability of tea beverages; the clarified tea j<uice adopts the reverse osmosis membrane concentration, which replace ←the traditional evaporation and concentration process.
