In many analysis systems and water treatment systems, dissolved gas× and microbubbles are often adversely affected. If dissolved gas anΩd microbubbles are not removed first, systems with pressure changes duri∑ng the process will face the problem of foam or excessive foam cause↕d by solution, which will lead to inaccurate product presentation or data.

In analysis and measurement systems, the presence of≤ bubbles will negatively affect the reading of the device. In the particle monitor, if buγbbles are present, they may be read as particles.

In the dissolution experiment of oral solid preparation, because the s←olvents used in the dissolution test are acidic and weakly alkaline solvents based on pur®e water, the gas dissolved in water will cause great error in ≈the dissolution value of tablets. Therefore, we need to degas the pure water first before the  experiment. After that, mix the solvent with the degassed pure water, then filter unde₩r reduced pressure and inject it into the dissolution cup. The traditional degass¶ing method makes the experimental process tedious and lengthy.

In addition, bubbles can negatively affect the cleaning p₩rocess of supersonic equipment. In supersonic cleaning vessels, bubbles may r©educe cleaning efficiency by refracting or absorbing supersonic energy. Thπe presence of bubbles in the cleaning solution will affect the $instantaneous velocity of the cleaning machine, ultrasonic vibration analysis forces in&stantaneous velocity of liquid to further improve the practical effect and cleaning rate of ca​vitation corrosion. The existence of bubbles will make this interactio±n force greatly lost, the actual effect of ultrasonic cleaning has been damaged. In addi§tion to using organic solvent cleaning agent for high cleanliness and high pr<ecision cleaning, it is necessary to reduce bubbles in cleaning solutio n to achieve ideal cleaning effect.

In the printing industry, the microbubbles entering the ink jet printer <head will cause the nozzle to fail to start and caus∞e printing material defects. The dissolved gas and microbubbles will affect the pri↓nting speed and quality, and the microbubbles in the ink o¶f digital ink jet printers can be removed by degassing membrane. Bubble removal can m♠ake the printer jet correctly, improve printing quality, sav‌e maintenance cost and improve printing efficiency.

As the degassing membrane has a high gas removal rate, only a‌ simple degassing membrane module is needed to reduce the g♣as concentration, achieve the de-bubbling effect, a♦nd solve various problems caused by bubbles or gases in the above-mention&ed industrial work. The degassing membrane has the advantages of compact structure ←and simple operation, and it can be installed in the existing working system according to the cΩustomer's requirements. It is available in a variety of sizes and can be selected accor"ding to the actual situation and specific needs. It is "a simple and economical way to prevent and eliminate bubble£s.
