2 Features

    Hozenserve FK20 can kill the free-li•ving microorganisms after its application. At the same  time it can quickly penetrate into the metal surface to preveγnt the formation of biofilm by de-aggregation of the microbial community.. For→ the system with formed biofilm, the active component does not react wi th the clay layer in the biofilm, but penetrates deeper into≤ the biofilm and act on the junction of the biofilm and the metal surface , thus lπeading to the break of the stickiness and falling off of the biof‍ilm. . After sterilization, Hozenserve FK20 can be quickly degraded to c arbon dioxide, ammonia and bromine, which is environmental₩ly friendly.

4 Sterilization mechanism

    The active molecules of Hozenserve FK20 can quickly penetrate the cell membrane σand act on the protein group to stop the cell redox reaction. Its branches can a'lso  selectively bromize or oxidize the microbial specific enzyme metabolites, th us leading to cell death.
 
5 Dosage and dosing method

    This product must be operated according to the relevant inst‌ructions of the product. The following is the operation instructions in general. Mild ✘microbial contamination: 0.01 to 0.03%

    Moderate microbial contamination: 0.05 to 0.10%

    Heavy microbial pollution with formed biofilm: 0.15 ~ 0.20$%

    Hozenserve FK20 can be used for cycle cleaning or DC cleaning. Hozenserv e FK20 is added directly to the pre-cleaned piping system and tank and circulate for 20-30 minutes® to allow homogenized mixing, followed by soaking for 20-30 minutes and another circulati↓on for 20-30 minutes and discharge. Temperature control below 25 ℃. Fin"ally, a common alkaline surfactant is used to rinse and remove any residual organic mattαer. The cleaning water during this period must be discarded and shall not be us↓ed as a process water.

 
6 Precautions

    Hozenserve FK20 will be inactivated by sodium hydrogen sulfite (NδAHSO₃). Before the reuse of the system, r the system should be thβoroughly rinsed to ensure that there is no residue πof the detergent in the pipe. 7 Safety and operation
