Continuous ion exchange principle:
Ion exchange technology is based on resin functional groups and materials in the ♠adsorption of specific ions carried out by the excha≤nge process. Ion exchange is a reversible equivalent equival ent exchange reaction. Although traditional ion exchange applicat"ions uses a fixed bed to achieve, our analysis of the work of the fixed bed indicate that theα resin bed will be divided into three sections during the exchan&ge process, namely the saturated zone, the active zone (mass transfer zone) and th'e fresh resin zone. As the exchange progresses, the mass transfer ∏zone continues to move down until the bottom exchange is com★plete. The entire process only the mass transfer zone is in working conditionδ, saturated area and fresh resin area idle, and thus the resin utilization rate is low. In ord'er to improve the utilization of resin, we transfer the mass transfer area into several s•mall units. Once the above small units are saturated, they are removed for washing and≠ regeneration. Then, the fresh resin unit for processing is returned to the bottom oεf the mass transfer zone, which greatly improves the utilization of the resin .

In order to be able to achieve automatic and efficient operation of the resin unit, we have adopted a new system design concept. The resin column small unit into a turntable, through the rotation of the turntable to achieve© the switch, and the material through an automatic rotati↕on control method. The resin column is divided into exchange, washing, regeneration,★ rinsing and other functional areas. When the resin unit reaches the specified area to c♥arry out the corresponding process, each process can be carried ou't independently. This is also the case for the overall process of continuous operation.
